Tripura Achieves International Employment Record Under Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha’s Leadership

Northeast Desk, 28th December: Under the adept guidance of Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha, Tripura has set a remarkable record in employment, with three youths securing international job opportunities in Japan.

These individuals, Diptanu Sarkar, Tania Das, and Rishma Shil, achieved this milestone after completing a Japanese language course in New Delhi, sponsored by the North Eastern Zone Council. The trio, hailing from various parts of Tripura, visited the Chief Minister’s residence in Agartala to convey their gratitude and share the news.

Expressing his congratulations and best wishes during the meeting, Chief Minister Dr. Saha highlighted the significance of the youths obtaining employment at the international level. Their accomplishment is particularly noteworthy as they secured positions in Japan with a monthly salary exceeding Rs 1 lakh in Indian currency.

Dr. Saha took to Facebook to celebrate this achievement, stating that the success of these individuals reflects the opportunities available to Tripura’s youth through skill development projects, aligning with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision for a developed India.

The trio, after completing their B.Sc Nursing course from Tripura Medical College, underwent a nine-month training in Delhi as part of the skill development initiative before securing jobs in nursing roles in Japan. Their success serves as a source of pride for the state and is expected to inspire other youth.

The Chief Minister extended his heartfelt wishes to Diptanu Sarkar, Tania Das, and Rishma Shil, acknowledging their dedication and success on the international stage. This achievement showcases the positive impact of skill development initiatives on shaping promising career paths for the youth of Tripura.
