Northeast Desk, 10th January: The Manipur government on Wednesday refused to grant “ground permission” for Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s “Bharat Nyay Yatra” at Hatta Kangjeibung in the Imphal East district. The yatra was set to commence on January 14.
