Assam Chief Bhabesh Kalita Criticizes Congress in Tingkhong Rally

Guwahati, 9th April: In a fiery campaign rally held at Tingkhong in Dibrugarh district, Bhabesh Kalita, the president of BJP’s Assam state unit, launched a scathing attack on the Congress party.

Kalita’s criticism took a metaphorical turn as he likened the state of the Congress party to “torn tyres joined by torn tubes in Dibrugarh.” This analogy vividly portrayed what he perceives as a breakdown within the Congress party’s organizational structure, questioning its ability to function effectively with such internal discord.

Amidst the heightened political fervor leading up to the elections, parties are actively engaging in rallies and campaigns to sway voters in their favor. Tingkhong, situated in the Dibrugarh district of Assam, has emerged as a key battleground where candidates from various parties are vying for electoral success.
