Guwahati, 17th April: During his two-day visit to Assam ahead of the impending Lok Sabha polls, Prime Minister Narendra Modi exhibited his deep cultural admiration for Assamese traditions by enthusiastically engaging with a traditional instrument at a public rally held in Nalbari.
Accompanied by Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, PM Modi addressed a spirited gathering in Nalbari, underscoring the government’s unwavering commitment to fostering inclusive development across the nation.
In his impassioned speech, PM Modi reiterated the National Democratic Alliance’s (NDA) steadfast resolve to extend essential facilities to every citizen, ensuring equitable access to resources and opportunities. He unveiled ambitious plans for the forthcoming five years, announcing, “Over the next 5 years, we aim to construct an additional 3 crore houses for the underprivileged, ensuring equitable distribution without any discrimination.”
