Assam Lok Sabha Elections 2024: Voting underway for second phase in Morigaon under Nagaon constituency

Guwahati, 26th April: Today marks the beginning of the second phase of Lok Sabha elections in Morigaon district, with polling stations opening at 7 am across 911 locations.

Ramakant Dewri, the MLA from Morigaon assembly constituency, which falls under No. 9 Nagaon Lok Sabha constituency, exercised his voting right at No. 252 Deurabadi Primary School.

The total electorate in the district, spanning three assembly constituencies, is 7,25,801, which includes an estimated 13,019 first-time voters.
