Their remarkable triumph came after a fierce battle against reigning Olympic champions South Korea, showcasing India’s burgeoning prowess in the sport.
Throughout the competition, the Indian men’s recurve team displayed exceptional talent and unwavering determination, culminating in a stunning victory against the formidable South Korean squad. In a thrilling final match, Team India exhibited ice-cool composure, strategically outmaneuvering their opponents to secure victory without dropping a single set, with a commanding scoreline of 5-1 (57-57, 57-55, 55-53) in India’s favor.
This historic win marked India’s fifth gold medal at the ongoing World Cup event, further solidifying the nation’s dominance in archery.
