Guwahati, 2nd May: In Karimganj’s Patharkandi, a horrifying incident transpired as one individual met a brutal end within the confines of his own home. The grieving family alleges foul play, claiming the victim was murdered while in the safety of his residence. The atmosphere in Patharkandi is tense as the community grapples with this distressing event.
Responding promptly to the distress call, Patharkandi police deployed personnel to the scene, where they found the victim’s lifeless body in the fields adjacent to his home. According to the family’s account, the sequence of events began with an ominous phone call received by Hussain Ahmed during the night. Despite being a skilled mason by trade, Hussain left his residence in response to the call.
Tragically, the morning revealed Hussain’s blood-drenched body, sparking immediate action from authorities. The Patharkandi police meticulously assessed the situation before transferring the deceased to Karimganj Civil Hospital for a post-mortem examination.
Despite these efforts, the exact cause of Hussain’s death remains unclear. The ongoing police investigation aims to unravel the mystery surrounding his untimely demise, providing closure and justice to Hussain’s grieving family.
