Assam: Nagaon Resident Majibur Rahman Goes Missing En Route to Kerala for Work
Guwahati, 14th May: A man hailing from Nagaon district of Assam has gone missing from a train in Madhya Pradesh.
The missing person has been identified as Majibur Rahman, a resident of Kasuwa No. 2 in Nagaon district.
As per reports, Rahman went missing while he was traveling to Kerala for work.
Rahman, the sole breadwinner for his family of five, disappeared from a train in Madhya Pradesh on Friday, leaving his family in turmoil.
Reports further stated that Rahman was assaulted by a group of youths who then took him away. Despite extensive efforts, no trace of Rahman has been found over the past three days. His disappearance has sparked significant concern and anxiety among his relatives and the local community.
Rahman was among several young men from Assam traveling to other states in search of employment to support their families. His family received a distressing phone call about the incident, exacerbating their worry.
In a desperate plea for assistance, Rahman’s children have appealed to the Chief Minister of Assam, seeking help from anyone who might have information about their missing father. The family remains hopeful that their appeal will lead to his safe return.
