Northeast Desk, 27th May: A tragic accident unfolded near Tarkhola in Sikkim, resulting in one fatality and multiple injuries when a truck and a passenger Jeep collided on the 10 Mile Road. The incident occurred as a taxi traveling from Siliguri to Gangtok collided with a truck near the Sikkim-West Bengal border.
The collision, which occurred at 10 Mile in Tarkhola, caused significant damage and resulted in injuries to approximately 10 individuals, including children. The injured were promptly transported to Rangpo Hospital for urgent medical treatment.
