Sikkim CM Attends Pema Khandu’s Swearing-In Ceremony in Itanagar

Northeast Desk, 13th June: Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang Goley arrived at Donyi Polo Airport in Itanagar on the morning of June 13 to participate in the swearing-in ceremony of Pema Khandu.

Khandu, who has been re-elected as the BJP legislature party leader, is set to take oath as the Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh for the third consecutive term. The ceremony is scheduled to take place at 10 am today at the DK Convention Centre.

Chief Minister Goley is accompanied by Lok Sabha MP Indra Hang Subba and senior officials from the Government of Sikkim. Preparations for the event are in full swing, with tight security arrangements in place at the Dorjee Khandu Convention Hall, where the ceremony will be held.

The ceremony is expected to be attended by a host of notable dignitaries, including Union Minister Amit Shah, BJP National President JP Nadda, Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio, Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha, and Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.
