Assam: Nagaon Police Recover 11 Stolen Motorcycles; Arrest Suspect

Guwahati, 19th June: A successful operation conducted by the Nagaon Police has resulted in the recovery of 11 stolen motorcycles from various locations, accompanied by the arrest of one suspect.

Led by DSP(P) Sandipon Garg and SI Ajit Sonowal from the Itachali Outpost (OP), the operation targeted several locations suspected of housing stolen vehicles. The police team executed the mission with precision, retrieving the motorcycles and transporting them back to the police station for further processing.

Following the operation, one individual has been apprehended in connection with the thefts. Authorities are presently engaged in conducting thorough investigations to ascertain the extent of the suspect’s involvement and to identify any potential accomplices.

Once legal procedures are completed, the recovered motorcycles will be returned to their rightful owners. The Nagaon Police’s swift action underscores their commitment to combating vehicle theft and ensuring the safety and security of the community.
