Guwahati, 22nd June: In a shocking incident, the body of an unidentified man was recovered in a culvert in the Kamrup district of Assam.
The incident took place in Rangia.
The body was found in a culvert at Kartakhat on the road connecting Kendukona to Dhuhi.
As per sources, the body was spotted by a fisherman in the area.
After being informed about the body by local people, Rangia police officials reached the scene and have started an investigation into the matter.
However, the identity of the deceased has not yet been ascertained.
Furthermore, police sources said that the cause of the death is yet to be ascertained.
