Sikkim Chief Minister Pays Courtesy Visit to Union Minister Kiren Rijiju in Delhi

Northeast Desk, 23th June: Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang visited Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs and Minority Affairs, Kiren Rijiju, at his official residence in New Delhi on June 23.

During the meeting, Chief Minister Tamang extended congratulations to Minister Rijiju on his recent appointment and conveyed best wishes for a successful tenure ahead. He expressed confidence in Rijiju’s leadership and highlighted the potential for positive changes under his guidance in the Union Ministry.

Accompanying Chief Minister Tamang were MP (Lok Sabha) Indra Hang Subba, MP (Rajya Sabha) DT Lepcha, Chief Secretary VB Pathak, and Secretary (Chief Minister’s Office) SD Dhakal.

The meeting underscored the collaborative efforts between Sikkim and the Union Government towards furthering developmental goals and enhancing cooperation in parliamentary affairs and minority affairs.
