Bangladesh Air Force C-130J Hercules Departs India, Sheikh Hasina Not Onboard
International Desk, 6th August: A Bangladesh Air Force C-130J Hercules military transport jet departed from India’s Hindon Airbase at approximately 9 a.m. today. Sources confirm that the aircraft, which was expected to carry Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, instead had seven military personnel on board and is en route to its base in Bangladesh.
Indian security agencies are monitoring the aircraft’s movements closely. The flight, identified as AJAX1431 on Flightradar24.com, attracted significant attention after it was initially reported to be carrying Sheikh Hasina and her sister.
As of now, Sheikh Hasina remains at the Hindon Airbase, where she has been seeking respite while awaiting clearance from the UK for her travel. Reports suggest that she might extend her stay in India.
The Lockheed C-130J Hercules, operated by the Bangladesh Air Force, has not been linked to Hasina’s current whereabouts. This situation continues to develop, with further details pending.
