Imphal: In a shocking incident in Jiribam district, Manipur, a sub-inspector of police was shot dead allegedly by a constable using his service rifle.
The victim, identified as Shah Jahan, was reportedly shot at point-blank range by constable Bikramjit in the Mongbung area on Saturday.
