Pankaj Tripathi Takes Centre Stage at Arunachal Rang Mahotsav 2024
Itanagar: Renowned Bollywood actor Pankaj Tripathi has been appointed as the Festival Ambassador for the Arunachal Rang Mahotsav 2024 (ARM ’24). The 15-day theatre extravaganza, which kicked off on November 22nd, is currently underway in Arunachal Pradesh.
Tripathi, known for his versatile roles in films like “Gangs of Wasseypur” and “Mirzapur,” expressed his excitement about being associated with the festival. “Theatre holds a special place in my heart,” he said, “and I’m honored to be part of such a grand celebration of performing arts in the beautiful state of Arunachal Pradesh.”
The festival aims to showcase a diverse range of theatrical performances, including traditional and contemporary forms. It will feature both local and international artists, highlighting the rich cultural heritage of the region.
