Arunachal: MLA Nyabi Jini Dirchi Inaugurates Assembly Shed at GHSS Basar, Honoring Alumni Contributions
Basar, Arunachal Pradesh: In a heartwarming ceremony on December 6, Nyabi Jini Dirchi, MLA of the 29th Basar Assembly constituency, inaugurated an assembly shed at the Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) in Basar. The shed was a generous contribution from the school’s alumni from the 1980-84 batch, showcasing their commitment to giving back to their alma mater and community.
Nyabi Jini Dirchi, the first female MLA from the Galo community, lauded the alumni for their efforts and highlighted how their achievements embody values of excellence and service. “The alumni’s gesture is a testament to their dedication to societal betterment, and their support will undoubtedly leave a lasting impact on students and faculty alike,” she said.
The event was graced by notable dignitaries, including Leparada District Deputy Commissioner Atul Tayeng, Deputy Director of School Education Pubi Lombi, District Medical Officer Dr. Emo Basar, and Chief Engineer Er. Jummar Kamdak. School leadership, teaching staff, students, and other top-ranking government officials also attended the occasion.
