Agartala: Tripura Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha demonstrated exceptional compassion and leadership when he personally intervened to assist an injured individual following a road accident on Gokulnagar Road in Sepahijala District.
While returning from a government function in Udaipur under Gomati District, Dr. Saha came across the distressing sight of a person lying injured after a road accident. Without hesitation, the Chief Minister stopped his convoy and immediately sought help from local residents.
Working together, they managed to transport the injured person to the nearest hospital using a convoy vehicle. Understanding the urgency of the situation, Dr. Saha took the additional step of contacting the attending doctors directly, urging them to provide the best possible care.
In a heartfelt gesture, the Chief Minister conveyed his wishes for the victim’s speedy recovery and expressed gratitude to the local residents for their quick and selfless assistance during the emergency.
