Assam: CIT Kokrajhar Hosts 3rd Convocation, Confers Degrees to 464 Graduates
Assam: The Central Institute of Technology (CIT), Kokrajhar, celebrated its 3rd Convocation Ceremony at the Bodofa Cultural Complex in Kokrajhar today.
A total of 464 students from Diploma, Undergraduate, Master’s, and Ph.D. programs received their degrees in a ceremony that underscored academic achievement and innovation.
The event was graced by Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) Chief Executive Member Pramod Boro, who attended as the chief guest. CIT Kokrajhar Director Prof. A. Srinivasan and Chairman of the Board of Governors (BoG) Prof. (Retd.) Nishikant V. Deshpande were present, along with faculty members, graduates, and their families.
Speaking on the occasion, the BTC Chief Executive Member congratulated the graduates and emphasized the role of institutions like CIT Kokrajhar in fostering skill development and research that contributes to the growth of the Bodoland Territorial Region and beyond.
The convocation celebrated CIT Kokrajhar’s ongoing commitment to delivering excellence in education and producing skilled professionals ready to contribute to society and industry.
