Assam: In a significant victory against the illicit drug trade, the Borni Shantipur Police have apprehended a suspected drug supplier, Rafik Ali, during a meticulously planned anti-drug operation.

The arrest took place following a tip-off from concerned citizens regarding Ali’s suspected involvement in drug trafficking activities.

Upon his arrest, police discovered 23 containers concealed within Ali’s jacket, containing a substance strongly suspected to be heroin powder.
