Assam: A devastating fire engulfed a house in Bhatipara, Goalpara, late last night, leaving three individuals injured and causing significant damage.
The incident is believed to have originated from a gas cylinder explosion while gas was being transferred between cylinders. The rapid spread of the fire resulted in the complete destruction of the house belonging to Minarul Haque.
Emergency responders swiftly arrived on the scene and worked tirelessly to extinguish the blaze. The injured victims were immediately transported to a local hospital for medical attention, and their conditions are currently reported to be stable.
This incident has raised concerns as Minarul Haque has been under suspicion for operating an illegal gas cylinder business for an extended period. Authorities are now conducting a thorough investigation to determine whether this illicit activity played a role in the tragic accident.
