Guwahati: Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has extended heartfelt greetings to the Dimasa-Kachari community on the auspicious occasion of Busu Dima, a vibrant harvest festival celebrating agricultural abundance and cultural unity.

Taking to social media, the Chief Minister expressed his sentiments, stating, “Heartiest greetings to the brothers and sisters from the Dimasa-Kachari community on the auspicious occasion of Busu Dima. The term “Busu” translates to “harvest festival” in Dimasa, while “Dima” reflects the identity of the community.
