Sikkim Dy Speaker Highlights Importance of Community-Driven Education at Free Winter Coaching Programme Closure

Gangtok: Sikkim’s Deputy Speaker Raj Kumari Thapa attended the closing ceremony of the month-long Free Winter Coaching programme, organized by the dedicated youth of Pathing under the 15-Rangang Yangang Constituency.
