Arunachal Sadan Inaugurated in New Delhi to Support Residents from the State

Itanagar: The newly inaugurated Arunachal Sadan in Dwarka, New Delhi, promises to provide crucial support for residents of Arunachal Pradesh visiting the capital, especially students, patients, and officials.

The state-of-the-art facility was officially opened by Chief Minister Pema Khandu and Union Minister Kiren Rijiju.

Spanning 1,750 square metres, the Arunachal Sadan offers a range of modern amenities, including 41 deluxe rooms, a conference hall, dining facilities, a medical room, and enhanced security systems.

Equipped with car lifts, parking, CCTV, and fire detection systems, the facility ensures safety and comfort for its residents.

Its prime location, close to the ISKCON Temple, metro stations, and the airport, provides easy access for visitors.

Resident Commissioner Amjad Tak emphasized the significance of the new Sadan, stating, “This new Arunachal Sadan will cater to residents who come to the capital for education, medical care, or official duties. It will act as a third accommodation option alongside Arunachal Bhawan and Arunachal House in the city.”

The opening of Arunachal Sadan is part of the ongoing efforts to enhance facilities for Arunachal Pradesh residents in Delhi. Future plans include redeveloping Arunachal Bhawan and completing the Arunachal House in Dhirpur.
