The ‘Jhumoir Binandini’ event, scheduled for February 24 at Sarusajai Indoor Stadium, marks a significant moment for Assam’s cultural heritage on the global stage.
Chief Minister Sarma, who has been personally overseeing preparations, announced cash incentives for all performers, acknowledging their dedication in showcasing the rich traditions of Assam.
