Meghalaya Mourns Loss of Principal Secretary Syed Md. A. Razi

Shillong: The state of Meghalaya is in mourning following the untimely demise of Syed Md. A. Razi, an officer of the Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) who served as the Principal Secretary to the Government of Meghalaya.
