Arunachal Pradesh Marks Ambedkar Anniversary with State-Level Workshop

Itanagar: Arunachal Pradesh Home Minister Mama Natung joined state Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) members in a significant workshop, or ‘Karyashala,’ commemorating the 134th birth anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.

The event, part of the Dr. Ambedkar Samman Abhiyan, focused on reflecting upon and reinforcing the ideals of social justice and unity championed by the revered leader.

The state BJP office served as the venue for the gathering, drawing together numerous party ‘karyakartas’ and leaders. Discussions centered on Dr. Ambedkar’s enduring vision for an inclusive and empowered society, highlighting its relevance in contemporary India.

“I also had the privilege to share the stage with Arun Haldar, Former Chairman, National SC Commission, who graced the event as the resource person,” Home Minister Natung stated, emphasizing the importance of expert insights in the workshop’s proceedings.

The Home Minister further acknowledged the ongoing relevance of Dr. Ambedkar’s ideals, noting their continued inspiration in the pursuit of social justice and national unity. He extended his congratulations to the event organizers, specifically Tadar Niglar and Kaling Moyong, the State BJP President and General Secretary Cum Convenor of the Abhiyan, for their successful execution of the meaningful initiative.
