MBSE Class 12 Results to be Declared on May 6
The Mizoram Board of School Education (MBSE) is set to declare the results of the Class 12 examinations on May 6. The Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) examination results will be published at the MBSE office in Aizawl’s Chaltlang and the regional office in Lunglei.
How to Check the Results
Students can view and download their results from the official websites, (link unavailable) or (link unavailable) To access their results, students will need to enter their roll number and registration number.
Result Details
The MBSE result will include details such as:
- Student’s Name: Name of the student as registered with the board
- Roll Number: Unique roll number assigned to each student
- Parents’ Name: Name of the student’s parents
- School Name: Name of the school where the student studied
- Category: Category of the student (e.g., general, reserved)
- Date of Birth: Student’s date of birth as registered with the board
- Subject-wise Marks: Marks obtained by the student in each subject
- Total Marks: Total marks obtained by the student
- Division: Division awarded to the student based on the marks obtained
- Pass/Fail: Result of the student (pass or fail)
The MBSE uses a grading system with the following grades:
- A1: 91-100 marks (grade points: 10)
- A2: 81-90 marks (grade points: 9)
- B1: 71-80 marks (grade points: 8)
- B2: 61-70 marks (grade points: 7)
- C1: 51-60 marks (grade points: 6)
- C2: 41-50 marks (grade points: 5)
- D1: 34-40 marks (grade points: 4)
- F: Fail (below 34 marks)
The division allotment for Class 12 results is as follows:
- Distinction: 75% or more marks
- First Division: 60% or more but less than 75% marks
- Second Division: 50% or more but less than 60% marks
- Third Division: 33% or more but less than 50% marks
