AAPSU Stands Firm Against External Interference, Meets Officials to Address Concerns
Northeast Desk, 3rd July: The All Arunachal Pradesh Students’ Union (AAPSU) responded robustly to allegations by the NSCN/Government of the People’s Republic of Nagaland (GPRN), asserting its independence and commitment to state welfare.
AAPSU leaders, including Nabam Gandhi and Pillia Bengia, convened with Changlang District’s Superintendent of Police (SP) and Deputy Commissioner (DC) to address recent threats and allegations. They reaffirmed their dedication to the people of Tirap, Longding, and Changlang Districts and condemned any external influence on state affairs.
During the meeting, educational reforms and issues related to illegal migrants without Inner Line Permits (ILP) were discussed. The DC and SP assured prompt action on these concerns, underscoring their commitment to resolving internal matters without external interference.
