Guwahati: The accused in Guwahati Double Murder Case Arup Deka’s Sister on Tuesday denied Bondona kalita’s claim that Arup took money from her
According to reports, Arup Deka’s wife and sister came to give him food and clothes at the lock-up in Noonmati Police Station.
While interacting with media, she said, “Arup didn’t take Rs. 2 lakhs from Bondona. If she was telling the truth then her statements would not have changed every day.”
“We used to know her identity as Anamika or Hani, not as Bondona. If we knew that she was like this, we would not have stayed in contact with her”, she added.
The three accused were sent to police custody for another four days yesterday.
The accused Bondona Kalita, Arup Deka and Dhanjit Deka, were taken in police custody to get more evidences.
