Accused of the AASU leader mob lynching case beaten up by Public

Guwahati: The 13 accused AASU leader mob lynching case were attacked by the public in the court premises of Jorhat in Assam.

The incident was enraged Assamese citizens, who are protesting the violent lynching of the slain AASU leader from all corners of the state.

Meanwhile, the Jorhat District Magistrate’s Office has ordered a magisterial investigation into the horrific mob lynching of Animesh Bhuyan. The District Magistrate issued an order stating the same.

It may be mentioned that Animesh was attacked when he was helping an aged person along with two others who fall off from his two-wheeler at the Nirmal Charali road of the town. The mob misinterpreted that the leader was responsible for the accident of the aged person and brutally thrashed him to death.
