Accused surrenders in Vineet Bagaria suicide case
Guwahati: A key witness turned himself in to the court in Assam’s Dibrugarh on Monday, providing a significant update in the case of aiding Vineet Bagaria’s suicide.
According to reports, it is state that the suspect, who has been missing since the event, showed up in court today to turn himself up.
Reportedly, he has been identified as Sanjay Sharma, Aziz Khan, another suspect in the case, hasn’t been seen since.
According to authorities, Sharma, is one of four suspects in the investigation who have been detained till now.
As per police officials, Nishant Sharma, Baidullah Khan, and Samsula Khan are the three who have reportedly been charged thus far in the case.
Sharma was then imprisoned by the police in Dibrugarh by the chief judicial magistrate.
Recall that animal activist Vineet Bagaria allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself at home due to persecution from the accused.
Bagaria had created a video before he passed away in which he claimed that Baidullah Khan, Sanjay Sharma, and Nishant Sharma had physically and psychologically tormented him and his family because of a rented space.
The neighbours claim that the rivalry between the two families has been present for some time.
