Afghanistan Announces Plans to Establish Embassy in India

International Desk, 30th November: Afghanistan has declared its intention to establish an embassy in India, as announced by the Taliban-appointed Deputy Political Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sher Mohammad Abbas Stanikzai. Stanikzai emphasized Afghanistan’s commitment to strengthening its relationship with India.

The Afghan Embassy in India shared this news on the social media platform X. The embassy is set to be operated by prominent Afghan diplomats, with the mission of fostering friendly relations between the two nations and providing essential services to the Afghan community residing in India.

Expressing gratitude towards the Indian people, the Afghan Embassy in India, via its social media handle X, urged the Indian government to assist Afghan students, patients, and traders by facilitating visa support. This move signifies Afghanistan’s diplomatic efforts to build and maintain positive ties with India.
