Guwahati: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) presented the new blue T20 shirt for both the Indian men’s and women’s teams prior to the 2022 T20 World Cup which will be held in Australia on Sunday.
The new uniform consists of a light blue t-shirt with deeper blue sleeves and light blue pants.
Introducing the brand-new One Blue T20 Jersey, the BCCI wrote on Twitter “To every cricket lover out there, this one’s for you,”.
The images on the poster for the new Indian cricket uniform included Suryakumar Yadav, Shafali Verma, Hardik Pandya, and Renuka Singh in addition to the captains of both teams, Rohit Sharma and Harmanpreet Kaur.
The Indian men’s team is preparing for a home T20I series against Australia and South Africa, which will consist of three games.
They will play in the 2022 T20 World Cup, which will start on October 16 in Australia, just after the T20 series.
