All 32 accused of Babri Masjid demolition acquitted, Court says photo evidence not enough

A special CBI Court of Lucknow has acquitted all the 32 accused of the 1992 Babri Masjid demolition case. CBI judge Surendra Kumar Yadav has ruled out all the photo evidence as according to him it is not enough to state all the 32 accused as guilty.

If the saffron leaders were found guilty then they would had faced maximum imprisonment up to five years. The Babri Masjid was demolished in 6 December 1992. In total there were 49 accused out of which 17 have already died. The verdict has given a big sigh of relief to the leaders who were accused of the demolition.
