Amit Shah & JP Nadda To Arrive Tomorrow In Guwahati Tomorrow
Guwahati: BJP national president JP Nadda and Union Home Minister Amit Shah will be arriving in Guwahati on Friday evening.
Both of the party’s leaders will visit Assam for three days and launch the new state office there.
Shah would leave the state on Sunday night following a number of official engagements, whereas Nadda will leave on Saturday night after attending a few meetings.
This was informed by BJP state president Bhabesh Kalita while speaking to reporters in Guwahati today.
On Saturday, the two leaders will inaugurate BJP’s new state office on National Highway-27 at Basistha Chariali area in presence of Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma and Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal.
“The leaders will speak to a crowd of BJP booth workers at the Veterinary College Playground in Khanapara after the occasion. We anticipate having between 40,000 and 45,000 booth employees at the rally, Kalita added.
Shah will participate in a number of business engagements at the Assam Administrative Staff College in Guwahati on Saturday evening and Sunday morning.
He would go to the Police Training College in Golaghat’s Dergaon later in the day to attend the state superintendents of police conference.
Shah will leave Assam from the Jorhat airport on Sunday night.
