Guwahati: Yet another gut-wrenching murder case has surfaced from Assam wherein a man allegedly cut his own sister-in-law with a sharp tool.
The heinous incident took place in Borholla area of Jorhat dsitrict in Assam.
The accused has been identified as Sajjan Paul.
As per reports, Paul allegedly cut his sister-in-law named Rekha Shyam into pieces.
However, the reason behind the gruesome murder is yet to be ascertained.
Moreover, Police officials are investigating into the matter.
It needs to be mentioned that there has been a drastic rise in murder cases in Assam.
