APIC Implements Hybrid Hearing and E-Filing System
Northeast Desk, 30th December: Arunachal Pradesh Information Commission (APIC) has successfully implemented a hybrid mode of hearing and e-filing for appeals and complaints, announced a senior official.
Moving forward, the links for accessing the hybrid mode of hearing will be regularly published in the daily cause list, as disclosed by APIC registrar Taro Mize.
Mize further informed that the provision for e-filing appeals and complaints is now available on the APIC website, accessible at apic.arunachal.gov.in.
In an appeal to all stakeholders, public information officers, and litigants, Mize encouraged them to utilize these services, emphasizing the convenience and efficiency they offer.
The implementation aligns with the Supreme Court’s directive, setting December 31 as the deadline for information commissions nationwide to establish the facility of e-filing for complaints and appeals.
This proactive step by APIC reflects a commitment to modernizing processes and enhancing accessibility in the realm of information commissions.
