AROGYA Becomes First Northeast Indian Band to Tour Russia, Receives Widespread Acclaim

Northeast Desk, 11th September: In a groundbreaking achievement, AROGYA, the pioneering darksynth gothic metal rock band from Northeast India, is currently on an eight-city tour of Russia, making waves in the country’s music scene. Teaming up with the Russian horror-fantasy band Guardian Angel, AROGYA is performing in major cities including Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar, and Volgograd. Their unique fusion of dark rock, gothic, and modern elements has captivated Russian audiences, earning them widespread acclaim.

The tour has placed AROGYA in the spotlight as cultural ambassadors of Northeast India, representing the region’s rich artistic heritage on an international platform. In a historic first, the band was featured in a live broadcast on Russia’s popular TV channel KUBAN24.TV, further solidifying their global presence.

AROGYA’s success is enhanced by their distinctive stage presence, with costumes designed by renowned international designer Yana NgobaChakpu, who incorporated traditional Northeast Indian elements, creating a visually captivating experience for audiences.
