Arrival of CM of Assam, Cabinet members and Others in Delhi

Guwahati: Chief minister of Assam Himanta Biswa Sarma visited the “War Monument” with a group that included governors, cabinet members and senior Assam officials.

They will then go to the Prime Minister’s Museum and the Police Monument.

CM Sarma arrived in New Delhi on Saturday evening.

The National War Monument (Rashtriya Samar Smarak), a national monument created to memorialise our valiant heroes was inaugurated in January 2019.

The National Police Monument (NPM) site is in Chanakyapuri, New Delhi near the summit of Shantipath. The NPM complex features a tiered landscape and can hold more than 750 people.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya also known as the Prime Ministers’ Museum on April 14, 2022. The museum honours all of India’s prime ministers since Independence and is adjacent to the Nehru Memorial Museum and Library (NMML) on Teen Murti Marg.
