Arson Attack in Assam’s Cachar District: Two Vehicles Torched

Guwahati, 10th August: In a distressing incident of arson, unidentified miscreants targeted two vehicles, setting them ablaze in Assam’s Cachar district on Wednesday night. The incident occurred in the Sendhwa area of the district, leaving a Magic van and a two-wheeler completely gutted by the fire.

According to sources, the vehicles were owned by Abdul Matlib and Firozuddin. Both vehicles had been securely parked in their respective garages when the miscreants managed to sneak in and initiate the arson attack.

The intensity of the fire resulted in the vehicles being extensively damaged. The two-wheeler and the Magic van were reduced to ashes, leaving the owners with significant losses.

Local authorities have taken swift action in response to the incident, registering a case at a nearby police station to initiate a thorough investigation. Law enforcement agencies are expected to delve into the matter to identify the culprits behind the arson attack.
