Arunachal: APPSCCE Returns After Four-Year Hiatus, CM Pema Khandu Encourages Aspirants

Itanagar – The Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Combined Competitive Examination (APPSCCE) made its much-anticipated return today, marking the first edition of the prestigious exam since 2020. Chief Minister Pema Khandu extended his best wishes to the 22,987 registered aspirants appearing for the prelims.

Taking to his official X handle, CM Khandu motivated candidates to trust their preparation and strive for success. “Extending my best wishes to all aspirants appearing in the APPSC Prelims! Trust your preparation, and give your best shot. Your hard work will pave the way for success,” he wrote.

The APPSCCE 2024 prelims have seen a significant turnout, with 22,731 admit cards issued. The examination is being conducted across 87 venues in 18 districts of Arunachal Pradesh. The capital region, Itanagar, is hosting the majority of candidates with 53 centres, while Papum Pare district is accommodating aspirants at seven centres.

The APPSCCE was last conducted on November 9, 2020, with results declared nearly a year later, on October 22, 2021. The return of the exam has reignited hope among aspirants, many of whom have been eagerly preparing during the four-year hiatus.

The Chief Minister’s encouragement and the seamless organization of the examination reflect the state’s commitment to fostering a transparent and competitive selection process for public service roles. Aspirants across the state have expressed optimism and determination as they embark on this crucial step toward their career goals.
