Arunachal ASI Tsering Dorjee Goiba Conferred Jeevan Raksha Padak by President of India

Northeast Desk, 29th December: In a proud moment for Arunachal Pradesh, Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) Tsering Dorjee Goiba was honored with the esteemed Jeevan Raksha Padak by the President of India, Draupadi Murmu, on December 28.

The Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh, Pema Khandu, conveyed his heartfelt congratulations to Goiba on Twitter, acknowledging the ASI’s commitment to service above self.

Taking to Twitter, Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu wrote, “Heartiest congratulations to Shri Tsering Dorjee Goiba, ASI @ArunachalPolice, on being conferred with the prestigious Jeevan Raksha Padak by Govt of India”.

Goiba’s exceptional dedication and life-saving actions serve as an inspiring example for society.

The Jeevan Raksha Padak series of awards recognizes individuals for meritorious acts of human nature in saving lives.

 Awarded in three categories—Sarvottam Jeevan Raksha Padak, Uttam Jeevan Raksha Padak, and Jeevan Raksha Padak—the accolade is open to individuals from all backgrounds and can be awarded posthumously.
