
Arunachal CM Pema Khandu Lauds Inauguration of Key Infrastructure Projects
Arunachal Pradesh: In a significant boost to connectivity in Arunachal Pradesh, Chief Minister Pema Khandu expressed his gratitude following the virtual inauguration of 75 infrastructure projects by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh.
Of these, 18 projects are situated in Arunachal Pradesh, comprising three roads, 14 bridges, and one helipad, aimed at enhancing access to remote areas of the state.
Taking to social media, CM Khandu praised the Border Roads Organisation (BRO) for its pivotal role in executing these projects under the banner of Project Vartak, Arunank, Brahmank, and Udayak. He commended the BRO teams for their dedication to ensuring high-quality infrastructure, stating, “I am deeply grateful to Raksha Mantri Shri Rajnath Singh Ji for his leadership and the tremendous work undertaken by the BRO in Arunachal Pradesh.”
Khandu further highlighted the transformative impact these projects will have on the state’s connectivity, contributing to economic growth and regional development. He acknowledged the rapid progress made under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, noting that the projects mark a milestone in the state’s infrastructure journey.
The newly inaugurated infrastructure is expected to significantly improve access to remote and strategic regions, further strengthening Arunachal Pradesh’s strategic and economic position.
