Arunachal: India’s First 3D-Printed School Opens in Itanagar, Ushering in a New Era of Construction
Northeast Desk, July 30: In a remarkable achievement, Government Secondary School in Pachin, Itanagar, has become India’s first 3D-printed educational institution. The school, previously destroyed by a fire, was reconstructed in a record time of just two months using cutting-edge 3D printing technology.
Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu lauded the project on social media, describing it as a “watershed moment” in providing cost-effective, sustainable, and rapid solutions to meet students’ educational needs. He underscored the importance of such state-of-the-art facilities in making education more accessible to remote and underserved communities.
