Northeast Desk, 8th September: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu has commended Miss Kanku Kabak from the All Arunachal Pradesh Students Union (AAPSU) for her exceptional performance at the 90th birthday celebration of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama in Dharamshala. Kabak, from Kamle district and of Nyishi descent, delivered a moving rendition of the Tibetan song “Sung Dhang Lemo So.”
Khandu praised Kabak’s performance, describing her voice as “a gentle breeze” and highlighting how her song beautifully conveyed prayers for the Dalai Lama’s well-being and longevity. The Chief Minister expressed hope that His Holiness will continue to bless the people of Arunachal Pradesh.
