Arunachal: Rahul Gandhi slams PM over obduction of teenager
Guwahati: Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Thursday lashed out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi over reports of a 17-year-old teenager being kidnapped by China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA). “The Prime Minister’s silence shows that he doesn’t care,” he said.
“We are with Miram Taron’s family and will not give up hope, will not give up,” Rahul Gandhi stated.
Meanwhile, the Indian Army has requested assistance from China’s People’s Liberation Army to locate the missing Youth from Arunachal Pradesh on their side and return him according to procedure.
According to the sources, the Indian Army was promptly notified via an established procedure that a person who was collecting herbs and hunting had lost his way and could not be found.
In the case of Miram Taron, a missing youth from Arunachal Pradesh, it is reported that the Indian Army immediately contacted the PLA through an established hotline upon receiving the information, informing them that an individual who was collecting herbs and hunting had lost his way and could not be found.
According to reports, PLA assistance has been sought to locate the guy on their side and return him in accordance with protocol.
