Arunachal: Retired Bureaucrat Jalash Pertin Sworn in as Member of APPSC
Northeast Desk, 4th March: Retired bureaucrat Jalash Pertin took the oath as a member of the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) on Sunday. The oath of office and secrecy was administered by Governor KT Parnaik at a ceremony held in the Durbar Hall of the Raj Bhavan.
Additionally, Governor Parnaik administered the oath of office to four newly appointed members of the Arunachal Pradesh Information Commission (APIC). The appointees include Khopey Thaley, Vijay Taram, Dani Gamboo, and Sangyal Tsering Bappu.
Following the oath-taking ceremony, the governor engaged in an interaction with the newly appointed members.
The event saw the presence of Chief Minister Pema Khandu, Deputy CM Chowna Mein, cabinet ministers, Chief Secretary in-charge Kaling Tayeng, and other senior government officials.
