Arunachal’s Kamdon Boi Wins Bronze in Judo at 38th National Games

Itanagar: Arunachal Pradesh’s Kamdon Boi has secured a bronze medal in Judo at the 38th National Games 2025, currently taking place in Uttarakhand. His impressive performance has brought pride to the state, earning widespread appreciation from sports enthusiasts and officials alike.

Chief Minister Pema Khandu took to X to congratulate the judoka for his outstanding achievement, lauding his skill and determination. Calling the bronze medal “well-deserved,” Khandu encouraged Boi to continue striving for excellence in his sporting journey.

Earlier in the event, Arunachal athletes Radha Bangsia, Lumter Uli, and Achum Sangha made history by clinching gold in the female group Poomsae event. Their victory further highlighted Arunachal Pradesh’s growing presence in national-level sports.

Following the athletes’ achievements, Chief Minister Khandu expressed immense pride in their success, reaffirming the state’s commitment to nurturing sports talent.
