Northeast Desk, 20th March: In a remarkable feat, Tap Menia, hailing from Arunachal Pradesh, clinched her first gold medal in the Pancha Silat event at the Northeast Games 2024, bringing immense pride to the state.

Earlier, on March 16, Sports Director Tadar Appa unveiled Team Arunachal’s official kit during a ceremony attended by key figures including Arunachal Olympic Association secretary-general Bamang Tago and treasurer Bulang Marik, signifying the state’s active participation and preparation for the prestigious sporting event.
